So, it has been a while since the photos were taken (see my original post for more information on the shoot- here!). The band and label have been busying on with details and red-tape for the release of Darkest Era's much anticipated debut album, 'The Last Caress of Light'. Now that things are steaming ahead the new promotional photos can be, at long last, released. Having photographed the band exclusively I can honestly say that the new batch of images really show how we have all matured and developed as artists - I could not be happier with how the photos came out!

Assassin Quest
Week 10. Photograph like an assassin. Silent and sudden.

I started this week with the intention of photographing like a real assassin, with head shots or something directly from Leon. But, in the midst of all snow, I found other photographers out snapping away. So, I began preying on other photographers and, not knowing if they were photographing for the SPN competition or not, recorded them recording the world. I looked at it as Assassin's Creed, cheesy I know...

December... Fail!

One Year Dreadiversary!
On the plus side I did help an old friend, Mark Robinson, out by recording myself singing some of my favourite lyrics for his interactive media project, 'A Networking Project'. I will post the full video up when I find it... It really turned out well, and luckily a few vocally talented individuals got involved.
Week 10 of the Street Photography Now challenge should be fine as it overlaps with a style of photography that enjoy, and can easily slot in on the way to work. Week 10: "Photograph like an assassin; Suddenly and silently." - Osamu Kanemura
More on this challenge soon. With Belfast firmly frozen over I hope to silently snap up some fantastic falls... :)
